Switzerland's most promising young designers are being honoured at Lausanne's Museum of Contemporary Design and Applied Arts.

All designers have all won awards from the Federal Culture Office for their innovative designs, ranging from fashion to photography.

This year, over 270 participated in the competition and each of the 29 winners had a choice of cash award amounting to CHF20,O00 ($15,000) or an internship in a design institute in Switzerland or abroad.
