The Swiss Federal Assembly voted to tighten regulations governing the illegal trade of stolen art in Switzerland. The National Council approved a proposal to extend the statute of limitation to 30 years. Opponents had argued that art dealers would be unfairly punished by the new law. The Council of States has already agreed the draft.
