Switzerland might be most famous for its chocolate and cheese, but it certainly knows how to do gourmet too. In the Swiss edition of restaurant guide Gault-Millau 2013, 41-year-old Benoit Violier of Hotel de Ville in Crissier, who received 19 of the guide's maximum 20 points, was named Chef of the Year 2013 for his innovative and intriguing cuisine.
