George Clooney will be an executive board member of Nicolas Hayek's new effort to develop environmentally friendly car motors and other devices.
Hayek, the Swatch Group billionaire, recently said he would develop technologies for the clean production of hydrogen, solar energy and fuel cells. He will chair the board, and is currently selecting the members.
