At last, we may have found a good reason to indulge in a daily chocolate bar binge: it might be good for your blood pressure. New research published by the American Heart Association says a daily helping of dark chocolate could lower blood pressure and improve insulin resistance.

That is good news for Switzerland, which leads the world in per capita chocolate consumption--each person buys 9.9 kgs of chocolate every year--and where just one of the big chocolate names, Nestle, leads the global chocolate industry with a market share of 7.3 per cent.
