The Swiss government has frozen bank accounts linked to former Haitian dictator Jean-Claude 'Baby Doc' Duvalier for another year.
Accounts hold a controversial $6.3 million that many Haitians consider to have been stolen from public funds before Duvalier was ousted in 1986--something he has always denied.
