Änderung vom 27. November 2008

Das Eidgenössische Volkswirtschaftsdepartement, gestützt auf Artikel 16 des Embargogesetzes vom 22. März 20021, verordnet:

I

Die Anhänge 1 und 2 der Verordnung vom 19. Januar 20052 über Massnahmen gegenüber Liberia erhalten die neue Fassung gemäss Beilage.

II

Diese Änderung tritt am 9. Dezember 2008 in Kraft.

Accord ing to the UN, ATC, Ltd. is a

Viktor Bout-controlled firm and is a major shareholder in one of Viktor Bout's companies, Centrafrican Airlines. In addition, when Bout registered Centrafr ican Airlines in

1998, the registration itself indicated that ATC was one of the principal shareholders of Centrafrican and that it was controlled by Viktor Bout.
