The city-centric focus on the same old sights, those sagging definitions of Geneva: the smallest of the world's big cities, International Geneva, world capital of the luxury watch, financial centre ... Yes, and? Geneva's museums, Geneva's parks, its signature 'Jet d'Eau' (water geyser), the Flower Clock, the ... So what? For years, lists like that have been lodged in perceptions of Geneva, all fine and well except that there isn't much sizzle factor--especially when paired with the prevailing wisdom that what you got for your dosh in Geneva wasn't a lot. ...
