North Koster is a mere 1.5 square miles, while South Koster at a little over 3 square miles offers large sandy beaches, large forests and more numerous roads. Bicycle vacation on South Koster where Kosters Trädgårdar is located is a rare experience.Helena and Stefan von Bothmer founded Kosters Trädgårdar, an ecological market garden and restaurant on Sydkoster, in 1998.
