I met Adam at his restaurant, Seven, in Ascona, which opened in June 2007. As one of the most popular (and sunniest) destinations in Switzerland, the lakeside resort needs little introduction.

"It's fantastic ... look at it ... it's like Saint-Tropez," says Adam, 50.
