Modifica del 18 dicembre 2008 Il Dipartimento federale dell'economia, visto l'articolo 16 della legge del 22 marzo 20021 sugli embarghi, ordina: I Gli allegati 1 e 2 dell'ordinanza del 19 gennaio 20052 che istituisce provvedimenti nei confronti della Liberia sono sostituiti dalle versioni qui annesse. II La presente modifica entra in vigore il 6 gennaio 2009. 18 dicembre 2008 Dipartimento federale dell'economia: Doris Leuthard Forms of Wealth DESIGNATION/JUSTIFICATION Accord ing to the UN, ATC, Ltd. is a Viktor Bout-controlled firm and is a major shareholder in one of Viktor Bout's companies, Centrafrican Airlines. In addition, when Bout registered Centrafr ican Airlines in 1998, the registration itself indicated that ATC was one of the principal shareholders of Centrafrican and that it was controlled by Viktor Bout. Bukavu Aviatio n Transport has been identified by the «UN Panel of Experts on the Illegal Exploitation of Natural Resources and other Forms of Wealth of DR Congo» as a DRC firm in which Viktor Bout is the principal officer. Business Air Services has been identi-fied by the «UN Panel of Experts on the Illegal Exploitation of Natural Resources and other of DR Congo» as a DRC firm in which Viktor Bout is the principal officer. Centrafrican is owned by Viktor Bout.
