For many foreigners riving and earning here, tax and pension plans are often alien and difficult to understand. Forms and applications come and go--and if you don't know the language, you simply get a friend to fill them out and sign them in good faith. And when it's time to retire or leave the country, or, for that matter, decide on purchasing property to settle roots here, you don't know how to make the most of your pensions or avail benefits that you are entitled to.
