Cultura - The World Art & Antiques Fair on November 13 to 21, 1999, in the Basel Messe will feature exceptional and attractive pieces that would further enhance the reputation of Basel, Switzerland, as an art hub. Some 80 distinguished dealers will present European art and antiquities dating back in the late Gothic through the 19th and 20th centuries.
