This Danish performer is not just a DJ but also an original artist. DJ's are rarely great singers (think Moby) so collaborations are key. Collaborating with David Lynch can't be all that bad. Trentemaller was recently chosen as the "Essential Mix of the Year" for his performance on BBC Radio 1. Last Time I checked, Helsinki was nowhere near Dallas. Heikki Liimatainen and Jaakko "JS16" Salovaara haven't clarified to the world the logic behind their fascination with Dallas. What is clear is that they want people to dance and go crazy in the world's nightclubs. Their latest album Higher State contains a cover of a club classic, "Fine Day". Paul Van Dyk, known to many dance music aficionados, recently included the Dallas Superstar track "Higher" on his compilation, Politics of Dancing.
