The Embassy of South Africa. headquartered in Bern, is a neat organised place with traditional wooden artefacts comprising the main decor and umpteen brochures promoting tourism and trade between Switzerland and South Africa strewn across the table. On the first floor sits an elegantly dressed, soft-spoken woman of responsibility with many a duties to perform. This is Ambassador Patricia Nozipho January-Bardill.
