Die Erfordernisse der Unabhängigkeit und Unparteilichkeit der Mitglieder eines Schiedsgerichts gelten sowohl für die von den Parteien bezeichneten Schiedsrichter als auch für den Präsidenten des Schiedsgerichts (E. 3.2 und 3.3.1). Das Bundesgericht überprüft die Beachtung dieser Anforderungen, selbst wenn der Schiedsentscheid einstimmig gefällt worden ist (E. 3.3.2). Es trägt dabei den Besonderheiten der Sportschiedsgerichtsbarkeit Rechnung (E. 3.3.3).
