Regeste Bauvorhaben in der Bündner Erhaltungszone; Gemeindeautonomie. 1. Die Bündner Erhaltungszone kann mit einer beschränkten Bauzone verglichen werden, welche eine Nichtbauzone überlagert; sie stützt sich auf Art. 18 Abs. 1 RPG und kommt hinsichtlich ihrer Zielsetzung einer Schutzzone nahe. Im vorliegenden Fall erübrigt es sich allerdings, die Frage der Rechtsnatur dieser Erhaltungszone abschliessend zu beurteilen (E. 2a/c). 2. Das Interesse an der Bewahrung des ursprünglichen Ortsbildes des Maiensässes überwiegt das Interesse des Bauherrn daran, das strittige Bauvorhaben zu verwirklichen (grösserer Sonnenkollektor zur Betreibung einer Solar-Schwerkraftheizung).
