The wine from the Alpine air.

Switzerland has various important vineyards located in such areas as the cantons of Valais, a French speaking area which produces 35.5% of the total wine production of the country. The French region such as Vaud, Geneva, Neuchatel as well as Italian region Ticino and the German region of eastern Switzerland also produce wines. The wines do not reach the foreign market since Swiss citizens consume some 99% of the total annual production of around 120 million liters.
